House info and booking details



We are very pleased to welcome you as guests in "La Fontaine" and we are confident that it will provide you with all the things you could possibly wish to make the most of your stay. Please read the following info which may come in handy.  

Reservations and rental period

A deposit is required for bookings via phone and/or e-mail. Reservations are valid once the deposit of 30% has been transferred into owner's account and the signed tenancy agreement has been received by the owner. The balance payment should also be paid via bank transfer up to 6 weeks before your arrival.  We expect your arrival on Saturday between 4.30 pm and 6.00 pm. Should there be any important delay please keep us informed. Please do contact us about an hour before your arrival via a SMS text message or a phone call on our CELL PHONE number so we can welcome you and hand over the keys. We'll give you our cell phone number via e-mail after your reservation is validated. The day of departure on Saturday you should leave the property until 9.30 am to allow us to do all the necessary preparations for the next guests. In case you should want to leave earlier than planned there won't be any pro-rated restitution of funds.

Security deposit

Until 6 weeks before your arrival you should have transferred the security deposit of € 200 into our account. This amount serves as a security deposit which covers possible damages which might have occurred during your stay. If no damages have occurred, we'll transfer the money back into your account within a week after your departure.

Cancelling by client

Any cancellation by clients should be announced to the proprietors by e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The deposit is not transferable nor refundable in any case. More than 6 weeks before your arrival, your balance payment will be refunded within 14 days after the notification, minus an administration fee of € 100. Less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total rental price needs to be paid to the owner. The security deposit (if already paid) will be refunded within 7 days after the notification.

Cancelling by owner

In case the owner cancels the rental, only in case of justified force majeure, the owner should immediately inform the client via e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The client will receive the amount of the deposit within a period of 1 week after the announcement of the cancellation. Should the owner cancel when the full amount has already been paid, the owner will refund the full rental amount within a period of 1 week after the announcement of the cancellation. Please note that the owner is not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting from the cancellation of the holiday rental.

Household linen package (OPTIONAL)

There is an optional fee for the use of our household linen for the duration of your stay. It consists of a general household linen package including; drying cloths, kitchen towels, bath mats, pillows, pillow cases, mattress protection covers, bathing towels and all bedlinen. Up to 2 weeks before arrival you can still opt for the linen package without extra costs involved. Should you decide to change your mind and opt for the linen packages within 2 weeks before arrival, an extra fee will be applicable.
